It just occured to me, suddenly, that the ones who have been nice to me - are they genuine or are they faking it? I've noticed similarities between these people; they are nice to everyone. Do they even like me at all, or have they only been pretending to?
As someone who cannot stand people-pleasers, ironic as it may sound it is only in hindsight that I came to this realisation, that there's this possibility I have been deceived of all along.
Best part is, we won't ever really know. Some people are just that good at it (unlike how I always offend my enemies)
know what? The excuse can only be "This is reality for you".
